Tucked away from the bustle of downtown is a National Historic Monument and Denver's most beautiful park, Washington park. Filled with flower gardens of different themes and design, there is also a large pond for sailing toy boats, fishing and feeding fowl. Do not miss the Colorado Symphony where they perform their annual summer concert here. "Wash" park is surrounded by homes that are desirable in part because of their proximity to the beautiful park and in part because of the good luck in finding good neighbors.
Residents have a reputation for being cultured, creative, educated. And of course they enjoy the benefits of city living in a very pastoral, neighborly and beautiful quarter.
Many buyers in this area elect to renovate their home or rebuild them entirely. I am providing links about financing this type of transaction. Others enjoy the charming Victorian and bungalow style homes typical here.
Check links provided here and visit some of the businesses. Spend time at the park. Enjoy a meal at a restaurant in the neighborhood. (You MUST try restaurant Japon, located in a refurbished theatre, for the BEST Japanses food and sushi - it's on south Gaylord.) Once you get a feel for what this area has to offer, you may decide it's just right for you.
It would be my pleasure to help you to locate to Wash Park or to market your home to someone who would love to live here. You can reach me right away at (720) 275-3926 or leave a message with your research requests at (303) 850-1841.
Best Regards,
